Let me explain... we often give our new home buyers the maximum amount for the value of their trade-in and need to sell the home for a certain amount in order to deliver their new home.
That being said, we will be sending you to view the property with the homeowners still living in it.
If you are a cash buyer, we will require your proof of funds to purchase the home for cash, as well as your driver's license to match with your bank statement showing proof of funds to buy. We don't want to be intrusive, but we want to make sure a) you have the ability to buy the home; and b) you are not visiting our homes with intentions other than buying the home.
We keep it simple and real. Without both of these, we simply cannot introduce you to our best opportunities.
Our real experience: REAL cash buyers do not have a problem....showing proof of funds and documenting that they have the funds in their posession.
***We also have bank foreclosures....EVERYWHERE in Texas!
